Tom Rossmeisl, Owner - Andover Location

Since the beginning, Tom has worked tirelessly to earn our reputation for service quality, communication and dependability. As a graduate from Cooper in 1982, Tom has loved the lawncare industry since taking care of his parents and neighbor’s lawns as long as he can remember. Tom believes that dependability and integrity are key for the success of Best Outdoor Services and is committed to our customers with the very best quality in our services. Tom has been married to his lovely wife Mary for over 30 years and is very fortunate to work alongside both of his boys Brandon and Justin every day.

Steve Kissell, Owner - Roseville Location

Justin Rossmeisl, Operations Manager - Andover Location

Justin oversees all of Best Outdoor Services’ equipment, operations and every day shop tasks. He makes sure every employee has the right tools for the job and that we stay as efficient as possible to keep our prices competitive for our customers.

Brandon Rossmeisl, Landscape Design & Sales - Andover Location

As a graduate from Anoka Technical College’s Landscape & Horticulture program, Brandon is skilled in all facets of landscaping & design. He is our lead landscape estimator and assists you in turning your dreams into reality.
